Allianz Türkiye Chooses Nettle to Lead the Future of AI-Powered Risk Engineering

Jack Miller

The challenge

Allianz Türkiye's risk engineers were managing growing inspection backlogs using existing survey software. Results were taking too long to reach underwriters and guidance to clients was delayed, limiting the team's ability to turn around commercial property assessments at the speed the business needed.

The solution

Nettle deployed its AI platform natively in Turkish, enabling risk engineers to capture inspections via mobile with photo upload and audio notes. The platform processes all inputs automatically and generates inspection reports, risk scores and structured underwriter guidance on the same day as the site visit.

The result

In the pilot, Allianz Türkiye's risk engineering team completed property inspections 2–3x faster. Underwriters received structured outputs and guidance the same day, significantly reducing backlog and accelerating client response times. Allianz Türkiye has since moved to full enterprise deployment.

"When I first saw what was possible, my reaction was wow. Nettle is genuinely shaping the future of risk engineering. This is the future for the whole sector, not just Allianz Türkiye." – Dr. Ceyhun Eren, Director of Allianz Teknik & Risk Engineering, Allianz Türkiye
