nettle is one of the most exciting real-world applications of generative AI today. We are a fast-growing, VC-backed startup taking on the trillion-dollar commercial insurance market.

Our software helps insurers assess risks in minutes instead of weeks. Major global insurers already use nettle to underwrite faster and smarter, and we are only just getting started.

We are now looking for someone exceptional to build and lead our customer success function.


What you’ll be doing

  • Lead clients through pilots and early rollouts, showing value from day one and converting them into long-term customers

  • Own onboarding and ongoing success for major insurers as they expand usage

  • Work directly with the CEO to shape our commercial model based on what you see in the field

  • Act as the bridge between customers and product, capturing insights, prioritising issues and helping engineering deliver fast, impactful solutions

  • Build repeatable playbooks for how we run PoCs, onboard users and keep them happy, always improving and automating where possible

  • Manage senior relationships at some of the biggest names in insurance, from day-to-day champions to C-suite sponsors

  • Scale the function by hiring, coaching and leading the customer success team

Compensation and benefits

  • £80–110k salary + generous equity package

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in MBB consulting, enterprise SaaS customer success, or equivalent

  • Experience leading people and building teams

  • Exposure to product or engineering teams, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI

  • Strong interest in AI and the ability to connect technology to commercial outcomes

  • Knowledge of insurance, with credibility at senior level

  • Hands-on, proactive and motivated to build from the ground up

  • Able to work with the team 4 days per week onsite in Shoreditch, London
